Key Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for IT hardware products (focused on barcode scanners, automatic identification devices, and related accessories) to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Egypt, while actively 开拓 (exploring and acquiring) new business opportunities in the local market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technical support and product management) to provide customized solutions for clients’ barcode and automatic identification needs.
Lead a small sales team to drive collective performance, conduct regular training, and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and industry knowledge.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the barcode and automatic identification industry to adjust sales tactics proactively.
Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and present results to the management team on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of working experience in Egyptian-related software companies (experience in IT hardware sales is a strong plus).
Deep familiarity with the barcode and automatic identification industry – including knowledge of product specifications, application scenarios, and market demand in Egypt.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets; ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a "hardworking and resilient" attitude to overcome challenges.
Strong team leadership skills – experience in leading small sales teams, motivating members, and driving team success.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Arabic (both verbal and written).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
