Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Kuwait City. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, identify and build relationships with prospective clients, and manage the sales lifecycle to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, presenting and promoting training services, negotiating contracts, and tracking sales performance metrics. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and support business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong skills in Relationship Building, Communication, and Negotiation
• Proficiency in Market Analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends
• Experience in creating and implementing Sales Plans and meeting targets
• Comfortable with CRM tools and other Sales-related software
• Ability to drive results, work under pressure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with ICT training or related industries is a plus
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
