We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and lead end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
The ideal candidate is someone who can drive hiring strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, partner closely with business leaders, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers), for different levels of experience, starting from Juniors up to Managerial levels.
- Take full ownership of the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure a seamless joining experience.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring strategies.
-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding journey.
- Manage multiple vacancies with strong prioritization and follow-up.
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong experience in both tech and non-tech hiring.
- Experience hiring software engineers, IT roles, product teams, and other technical positions.
- Proven ability to hire for non-technical roles such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, and support.
- Previous experience managing or supporting new joiner onboarding is a strong plus.
- Excellent interviewing skills and familiarity with various assessment methods.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
