I’m looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to both business and personal projects.
You’ll work directly with the founder of a growing SaaS startup, supporting everything from research and operations to creative project coordination — including assistance with a book manuscript, content organization, and light social media/editing tasks for a personal creative brand.
This role is dynamic and evolving. It suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new tools, and keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll DoExecutive & Operational Support
- Keep all files, notes, drafts, and documents organized and synced across OneDrive.
- Use AI tools (GPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini) for research, writing, summaries, and decision support.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, invoices, and formal documents.
- Handle calendar management, reminders, and scheduling across multiple priorities.
- Summarize key information, track priorities, and ensure follow-through on tasks.
Creative & Book-Related Support
- Organize and maintain the book manuscript, poems/chapters, drafts, edits, and versions.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, beta readers, or other contributors as needed.
- Research publishing options (traditional, hybrid, self-publishing), ISBN requirements, distribution platforms, and printing options.
- Track revisions, maintain clean versions of drafts, and ensure proper formatting guidelines are followed.
- Assist in preparing content for publication — from early drafts to final PDF/print versions.
Social Media & Content Duties
- Help manage content scheduling, captions, and posting based on simple instructions.
- Assist with light video editing for short-form content (reels, clips, poetry videos, etc.).
- Organize raw footage, maintain content folders, and prepare simple edits using CapCut or similar tools.
- Help research ideas, trends, and topics when needed.
Personal Assistance
- Assist with appointments, bookings, travel logistics, and coordination of errands or home-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle personal information with complete discretion.
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Are fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Have strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
- Are confident using OneDrive, Microsoft Office Suite, and online tools.
- Are comfortable learning and using AI tools to work faster and more accurately.
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks without losing clarity.
- Have experience supporting founders, entrepreneurs, or executives.
Bonus Skills
- Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.).
- Familiarity with Canva or Gamma for design and presentations.
- Experience supporting writers or creative projects.
- Interest in startups, tech, productivity, or business strategy.
