Role Description (Full-Time – On-site)
We are seeking a Full-Time Auto Loan Sales Manager to join AutoFund – تمويل نقل تقيل in Cairo.
The Auto Loan Sales Manager will oversee the full auto loan sales cycle, drive customer acquisition, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, lenders, and internal teams. This role involves managing customer relationships, providing financial guidance, meeting sales targets, and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s financing portfolio.
This is an on-site role, requiring daily coordination with the sales team and customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the complete auto loan sales process
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Provide accurate financial advice and recommend suitable loan structures
- Coordinate with lenders, partners, and internal teams for loan approvals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with loan regulations, documentation, and policies
- Maintain accurate records and track sales performance using CRM tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or financial services, preferably in auto loans, commercial vehicles, or banking
- Proven ability to acquire clients and manage long-term relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in financial consultancy with a focus on auto lending products
- Ability to assess customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Solid understanding of loan regulations, credit evaluation, and compliance
- Experience working in high-volume sales environments
- Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and sales reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
