Job purpose

You will lead the production supply strategy, ensuring that commercial growth plans (sales, launches, kiosk expansion) are fully supported by a predictive, cost-optimized, risk-mitigated supply chain. Your role is focused on demand, secure critical materials ahead of production cycles, partner with finance to plan working capital, and lead continuous improvement across production & supply performance.



Key leadership responsibilitiesI. Demand planning & production forecasting

· Build and update rolling 3–6–12 month supply plans based on commercial forecasts, seasonality, and expansion strategy.

· Coordinate with sales & marketing to simulate material demand per SKU mix.

· Run capacity & feasibility simulation models using stock, lead times, and production capability.

· Present monthly production projection reports with risk scoring and cash-flow impact.II. Supply risk mitigation & strategic procurement

· Establish safety stock standards based on lead time and variability.

· Create multi-sourcing strategies for critical components 


· Track supplier OTIF performance and negotiate long-term agreements.

· Conduct supply chain vulnerability analysis (import risk, mold readiness, customs delays).III. Production capacity & efficiency management

· Develop production calendar aligned with forecast and working capital availability.

· Optimize production throughput via machine capability upgrades and manpower allocation models.

· Collaborate on layout planning for new lines or kiosk builds.IV. Financial alignment & working capital Control

· Forecast capital requirements for production cycles based on sales projections.

· Align import and procurement schedules with finance and liquidity availability.

· Build models for unit cost evolution, breakeven per SKU, and scalability.V. Reporting & KPI leadership

· Own forecasting accuracy, supply risk index, supplier OTIF, inventory turnover days, production adherence, and working capital coverage metrics.VI. Strategic cross-functional role

· Act as the operational bridge between Finance, Production, Commercial Growth & Retail Expansion.

· Participate in board-level planning and operational readiness reviews.

· Lead readiness for launches (packaging, production allocation, KPI planning).



Required qualifications & skills

· 7–12 years experience in supply chain leadership roles in manufacturing.

· Proven record in demand planning and forecasting.

· Strong financial acumen understanding working capital and CAPEX/COGS optimization.

· Experience in factory-level process enhancements

· FMCG or retail rollout experience.

· Advanced Excel (preferably Power BI or planning tools).

· Fluent in English & Arabic.
