B Responsibilities:

• Supervise FTTH site works: excavation, duct installation, cabinet setup, splicing, and testing.

• Review design drawings and adapt them to actual site conditions.

• Conduct fiber optic testing to guarantee service quality.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and local authorities.

• Prepare as-built drawings, progress reports, and handover documentation.

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in FTTH/OSP projects.

• Strong knowledge of OTDR, Power Meter, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.

• Proven ability to coordinate between field teams and technical offices.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• English: Good working proficiency.

• Willingness to relocate and work in Fayoum, Beni Suef, Al Minya, Asyut, Sohag, and Aswan.
