Job Description:
Drive leasing and business development by sourcing leads, conducting site tours, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial lease terms to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Manage tenant relationships end-to-end onboarding, coordination with operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring high satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.
Oversee contract and financial management including renewals, rent escalations, invoicing coordination, payment tracking, and revenue/occupancy reporting.
Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure cold-store readiness, temperature/safety standards, and adherence to SFDA, HACCP, municipal, and Saudi tenancy regulations.
