Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vocal Casting Director. The role involves managing the process of selecting appropriate voice talents for various projects, Courses - ensuring quality assurance of voices - determine the suitable study for the trainees , collaborating with clients to understand project needs, and supervising voice-over production to meet project timelines and quality standards. The Vocal Casting Director will also coordinate audition processes, provide feedback to talents, and oversee script adaptations to maintain cultural and linguistic accuracy for diverse media applications.
Qualifications
Experience in vocal casting, talent identification, and providing thorough talent assessments
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage client requirements, deadlines, and feedback
Knowledge of voice recording processes and familiarity with audio production tools
Proficiency in Arabic and English for effective collaboration with native Arabic talents and international clients
Attention to detail, particularly in quality control, linguistic accuracy, and cultural sensitivity
Ability to work independently in remote environments while effectively managing projects
Background in media production, sound engineering, linguistics, or related fields is a plus
