Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand offshore facility management services, and understanding of international standards.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with international clients and partners.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry influencers.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of facility management solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities and pipeline status.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales and bidding within the facility management industry, Experience in Gulf Market is a must.
- Proven track record of securing and managing offshore or international facility management contracts.
- Strong understanding of facility management services, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and professionalism.
