Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling of Construction, Civil Work & Fiber Construction tenders & RFB including but not limited to GSM Supply of & infrastructure Towers, Steel Structure work, Fiber Cables/ Accessories Supply and Construction, all civil work related to Data Centers and Power station construction.
• Communicate all tender internal parties (Operation, finance & Sales…. etc.) & external parties (Manufacturers, Suppliers, vendors, Service providers…e.tc.) in order to get the final optimum solution.

• Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
• Obtain Manufacturers, Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors costs concerning tender requirements where necessary.
• Collect queries from all tender stakeholders to get clarification from customers through sales team.
• Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
• Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimate of defined technical solution(s) including contingency and risk provisions with Tender/Project Manager.
• Prepare final technical offers according to tender requirements including Administrative, technical parts
• Ensure appropriate tax, currency hedging and cashflow requirements are defined and included within the cost estimate and/or qualifications, with necessary finance approvals.
• Executing Service partnership Registration process for the company to the main & essential Manufacturers / Vendors

Manage internal reporting of status on allocated commercial and contractual issues for allocated tenders in accordance with company procedures, processes, and systems such as Tender Status pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• minimum 5 years of experience in Construction, Civil Works, and Fiber Construction Tendering/Pre-Sales, including extensive involvement in tower construction, steel structures, GSM infrastructure, and data center projects. Construction.…. etc.)
• Excellent command of English and French is preferred.
• Excellent command of Microsoft office
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong communication with tower, steel & Fiber manufacturers/Suppliers
