Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in New Cairo. You will be the voice of our UK-based company, speaking directly with customers, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and building lasting relationships. This role requires excellent English and strong communication skills – you will be in daily contact with UK customers and working closely with our UK headquarters. Our UK management will be based on-site in Cairo, working directly alongside you. This is a hands-on operation, not remote oversight.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service, administration, or marketing support role
  • Strong background in speaking directly with customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Experience with negotiations and objection handling
  • Ability to build genuine rapport and long-term customer relationships
  • Confident handling complaints and resolving issues professionally
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and personable
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential – you will communicate directly with UK customers and our UK team daily
