We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in New Cairo. You will be the voice of our UK-based company, speaking directly with customers, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and building lasting relationships. This role requires excellent English and strong communication skills – you will be in daily contact with UK customers and working closely with our UK headquarters. Our UK management will be based on-site in Cairo, working directly alongside you. This is a hands-on operation, not remote oversight.
