Job Description

• Achieve annual sales, volume, and profitability targets for assigned markets and key customers.
• Manage and grow key corporate/MNC accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely collection.
• Lead export sales activities, including market development, pricing, and coordination with logistics to ensure OTIF deliveries.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain strong business relationships through regular customer visits.
• Develop new markets and support the launch of innovative and sustainable products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable management systems (BRC, ISO 9001, OHSAS, EMS).
• Lead and support the sales team, set KPIs, and monitor performance.

Job Requirements

 

 

• 10–15 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, Flexible Packaging, Food/Paper Packaging, Ink, Adhesive, Chemical, or FMCG (packaging-related) industries.  (Must-Have) 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business; MBA preferred.
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pleasant Personality and good networking.
• Good in follow up, negotiation and persuasion with Customers specially B2B.
• Flexible and adaptable, willing to travel.
