• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of interior spaces for diverse construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Constructive’s quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate interior design solutions seamlessly with overall project plans.
• Develop detailed design presentations, including mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations to communicate ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed specifications.
• Ensure all interior design solutions adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, and quality benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure the implementation of design intent.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative technologies to continuously enhance design solutions.
