Role Overview
As a Senior Reservation Officer, you will play a key role in managing reservations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service to our clients and partners. You’ll work closely with international tour operators, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences under the Cloud DMC brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily reservations (hotels, transport, tours, and services) with precision and efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive rates.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and confirmations with attention to detail.
Support international partners with timely responses and excellent communication.
Monitor booking trends and ensure quality service standards are met.
Train and mentor junior staff when needed, sharing expertise and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a reservations role (DMC or travel industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of Egypt and Middle East travel market is a plus.
Proficiency in reservation systems, online booking tools.
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages are an advantage).
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
A proactive, client-focused, and problem-solving mindset.
