Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and work practices to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Lead incident investigation, and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels to promote a culture of safety awareness.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to develop risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices.
Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols during daily operations, including emergency response procedures.
Stay updated on changes in safety legislation and best practices, and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
Support the development and implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4-6 years of proven experience in a safety supervision or similar role
Strong knowledge of local and international safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in preparing detailed safety reports and maintaining compliance documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
