Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets to achieve export sales targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in target export regions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients to maximize profitability and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to diverse international audiences.
- Monitor and report on export sales performance, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.
- Ensure all export activities comply with relevant regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and expand market presence.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
