Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets to achieve export sales targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in target export regions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients to maximize profitability and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to diverse international audiences.
  • Monitor and report on export sales performance, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure all export activities comply with relevant regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and expand market presence.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of proven experience in export sales or international business development.
  • Strong understanding of export regulations, documentation, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
