Job Description
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of interior spaces for diverse construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Constructive’s quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate interior design solutions seamlessly with overall project plans.
- Develop detailed design presentations, including mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations to communicate ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed specifications.
- Ensure all interior design solutions adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, and quality benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.
