Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
  • Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team of maintenance, engineering, and support staff.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of facility services.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement facility improvement projects to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contracts, and facility documentation.
  • Report on facility performance metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 year of experience in facility management.
  • Bachelor degree Engineer
  • Demonstrated ability to manage facility operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, building systems, and safety regulations.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and respond to facility needs as required.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
