Job Description

Exciting Career Opportunity at Sweetana For Food Industries LLC. Sweetana Food Industries LLC is recruiting for the role of Export Manager to join its Commercial team at our temporary premises in Obour City.

Job Title: Export Manager.

Overall Job Purpose: Plan and execute the company’s export strategy for its products (with a focus on chocolate and cocoa products), and build a network of international agents and distributors to drive the company’s sales growth in regional and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the annual export plan in coordination with the Commercial Department.
  2. Identify target markets and develop a database of potential importers and agents.
  3. Communicate and negotiate with international customers to secure new export contracts.
  4. Oversee shipping, customs, and documentation processes to ensure efficient order delivery.
  5. Monitor global pricing and set competitive pricing policies for exported products.
  6. Represent the company at international and regional trade fairs and exhibitions.
  7. Follow up on payment collections and coordinate supply operations with the Sales team and Finance.
  8. Prepare periodic reports on export performance, challenges, and future opportunities.
  9. Work with Production and Quality teams to meet export-market requirements.
  10. Submit development recommendations to management to enhance the competitiveness of the company’s products internationally.

 

Employment Type: Full-time — On-site (temporary company headquarters in Obour City)

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years practical experience in exporting food products, preferably chocolate.
  • Solid understanding of international shipping, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation and market-analysis skills.
  • High ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Residency near Obour City or ability to commute to the company’s premises daily.
