What you will do

  • Own the digital voice – shape Taiba Hospital’s social media presence to build engagement and trust.
  • Lead content strategy – plan and execute calendars, stories, reels, and campaigns that resonate.
  • Activate campaigns – transform initiatives and updates into compelling, actionable content.
  • Drive insights and optimization – track metrics, optimize performance, and elevate engagement.
  • Track and report – share insights, highlight wins, and adjust quickly.
  • Collaborate with impact – partner with doctors, department heads, and marketing to deliver aligned campaigns.

You will thrive here if you have…

  • 3-5 years of professional social media experience, preferably in healthcare or the service industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Proficient in Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital platform tools.
  • Strong written communication in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to translate ideas into engaging, on-brand content.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing digital performance.
