Job Description
- Design and execute sourcing plans that bring in qualified candidates .
- Utilize channels, social , referrals, and local hiring events to reach diverse pools of talent.
- Continuously develop a pipeline of ready-to-hire candidates for frequent openings.
- Schedule interviews, send confirmation emails, and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer letters, pre-employment checks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and local F&B regulations .
Job Requirements
- 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or F&B.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to engage diverse candidates.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of hourly and shift-based hiring best practices.
- Organized, fast-paced, and responsive — especially during seasonal or expansion hiring.
