We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure efficient workflow across the restaurant. Fluency in Arabic is required, along with strong experience in cost control and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, supervise, and schedule restaurant staff.
  • Communicate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and secure the best deals.
  • Manage inventory and ensure orders are prepared and dispatched properly with drivers.
  • Oversee restaurant operations and maintain high service quality.
  • Monitor daily performance and report directly to management.
  • Implement cost-control strategies to reduce waste and optimize expenses.
  • Handle daily transactions with experience in POS systems such as Foodics and Orderble.
  • Use Google Workspace tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.) for documentation and reporting.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Completed training courses in Food Safety and Hygiene (required).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (required) and basic English.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational challenges.
