Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Legal Specialist. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing legal consultation, preparing legal documentation, and addressing a variety of legal issues. Day-to-day tasks will include reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and offering advice to support business processes and decisions. The role may also require collaboration with teams to facilitate legal alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Law and expertise in Legal Consulting
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and addressing complex Legal Issues
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and guidance
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in a corporate or business law environment is a plus
