looking for a SAP Support Specialist with strong expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) to support day-to-day operations, handle incidents, and maintain Master Data. Experience in SD or FI is considered a strong plus. The role involves first-level support, issue analysis, and coordination with Level 2 Consultants to ensure seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, triage, and resolve SAP MM-related incidents and service requests.
• Provide first-level support across the MM module; escalate complex issues to Level 2 Consultants.
• Maintain and update Master Data primarily within the MM module.
• Support SD or FI modules when required (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ensure all support tickets are handled efficiently and closed on time.
• Document issues, resolutions, and progress in the support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth SAP operations and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in SAP 1st-level support, with strong hands-on experience in SAP MM.
• Knowledge of SAP SD or FI is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
