We’re hiring a Sales Supervisor!

About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to manage and coach our branch sales teams, ensure high-quality customer consultations, and drive enrollment results for our English courses. This role requires someone energetic, data-driven, and passionate about sales and service.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise Sales Advisors
Achieve monthly sales & enrollment targets
Monitor CRM, follow-ups, and lead quality
Support walk-ins, consultations, and customer guidance
Train and develop the branch sales team
Ensure compliance with sales SOPs, pricing, and data accuracy
Coordinate daily with Operations & Customer Service
Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience (education/ service industry preferred)
Proven supervisory or team-lead experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
CRM knowledge (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce preferred)
Ability to move between Egypt branches when needed
Target-driven with excellent customer handling skills
