Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Assembly Engineer.

What will you do?

• Managing workflows and controlling process cycle parameters to reduce operational waste and costs while elevating productivity.
• Monitoring assembly processes for defects and conducting root-cause analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, etc.).
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, tooling issues, and assembly bottlenecks to achieve timely and efficient problem resolution in coordination with facility and purchasing teams.
• Maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and process records to ensure strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Partnering with design, quality, and supply chain teams to integrate new products, materials, and technologies into assembly lines.
• Leading improvement and Kaizen activities, suggesting automation upgrades, and analyzing production data to drive cost reduction, time savings, and throughput improvements.
• Documenting processes and preparing reports to maintain compliance with established quality standards.
• Tracking quality, time, cost, and management KPIs related to the assembly line to maintain target performance.

What will you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience preferred in Automotive production engineering, Assembly line, or similar.
• Knowledge of safety standards, problem solving techniques and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
