We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hospitality operations and ensure smooth service delivery across our units.

If you have strong experience in hotel operations—or you’re a Tourism & Hotels graduate with solid hands-on exposure—this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within a fast-growing, service-driven organization.

✅ Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hotels or relevant field

-Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations (mandatory)

-Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

-Full knowledge of hotel check-in and check-out procedures (mandatory)

-Ability to manage teams and ensure operational efficiency

-Detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset

-Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

-Supervise the process of receiving and handing over hotel units from property owners

-Oversee daily operations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

-Assign, dispatch, and follow up on operational teams across various compounds

-Monitor service quality and ensure timely issue resolution

-Maintain clear communication between departments for seamless workflow

-Support in training and guiding operational staff to meet company standards
