Role Description

This full-time on-site role of Proposal Manager is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Proposal Manager is responsible for developing and preparing competitive proposals tailored to meet client and project requirements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, analyzing client needs, creating custom proposals, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications. The Proposal Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities and presenting winning proposals to help secure new business.

Qualifications

• Strong proposal writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
• Experience in business development, market analysis, and client relationship management
• Project management and organizational skills, including managing multiple deadlines and priorities
• Proficiency in software and tools including Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with engineering and consultancy sectors is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
