We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Google Ads Manager to join our remote team at ARENA Capital. In this role, you’ll independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. You’ll focus on scaling results, maximizing ROI, and driving client growth across the GCC region. If you’ve got hands-on experience, strong reporting skills, and a growth mindset, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns targeting GCC markets
• Conduct detailed audience research and targeting strategies specific to the region
• Collaborate on ad creatives and write engaging ad copy when needed
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance against KPIs to ensure maximum ROI
• Perform A/B tests across creatives, placements, and audiences
• Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and GCC market trends
• Work closely with internal teams to align campaign strategy with client objectives

Requirements

• Must be based in Egypt
• Fluent English speaker with excellent written and spoken English
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid ads management (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS
• Proven experience running campaigns in the GCC region
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
