Job Description
Oversee all quality operations across production stages, from raw materials to final delivery.
Inspect materials (wood, accessories, paint/finishing) to ensure compliance with standards.
Monitor production lines, detect defects, and implement corrective actions.
Set clear quality criteria for all products and ensure team adherence.
Conduct final product inspections before shipment.
Prepare weekly quality reports and analyze recurring issues.
Collaborate with design and production teams to improve quality and reduce waste.
Handle customer quality complaints and ensure continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Commerce, or any related field.
Proven 3–7 years of experience in quality management, preferably within kitchens, dressing rooms, or furniture manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of wood materials, accessories, production processes, and finishing standards.
Experience in implementing QC/QA systems in manufacturing environments.
Solid background in monitoring production lines and ensuring products meet quality specifications.
