Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in port-Said and sharm Elshiekh. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include project planning, budget management, resource allocation, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role also involves supervising construction teams, conducting site inspections, managing timelines, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Construction Project Management, including overseeing all phases of construction projects
• Proficiency in Project Coordination and general Project Management practices
• Knowledge of Budgeting and financial management within construction projects
• Expertise in Construction Management, including on-site supervision and adherence to safety standards
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant project management and construction software tools
