Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and product availability.
- Pack and prepare customer orders for delivery with attention to detail and brand standards.
- Follow up with shipping companies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Contact clients post-purchase to ensure they are satisfied with their orders and overall experience.
- Handle order updates, delays, or issues with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain organized storage and packing areas.
- Use Shopify or other inventory/order management systems to update and process orders.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a related field.
- Previous experience using Shopify or any inventory management system is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Hardworking, reliable, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with clients.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
