Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and product availability.
  • Pack and prepare customer orders for delivery with attention to detail and brand standards.
  • Follow up with shipping companies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Contact clients post-purchase to ensure they are satisfied with their orders and overall experience.
  • Handle order updates, delays, or issues with professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain organized storage and packing areas.
  • Use Shopify or other inventory/order management systems to update and process orders.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a related field.
  • Previous experience using Shopify or any inventory management system is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Hardworking, reliable, and proactive.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with clients.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
