The E-commerce Store Manager is fully responsible for overseeing all facets of the online store's operations, including sales, digital marketing, inventory management, customer experience, and performance analysis. The primary goal is to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure a superior online shopping experience for customers.


🎯 Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Sales and Performance Management

  • Develop Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute short-term and long-term strategies to maximize sales volume and achieve key profitability targets (KPIs).
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., conversion rate, Average Order Value - AOV, customer acquisition cost - CAC), providing regular reports for data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the operational and marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and spending efficiency.

2. Digital Marketing and Promotion

  • Campaign Supervision: Coordinate with the marketing team (or directly manage) paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Content and SEO Management: Ensure product content (images, descriptions) is continuously updated, compelling, and optimized for search engines (SEO) to boost organic traffic.

3. Product and Inventory Management

  • Product Listing: Oversee the process of listing new products and ensuring they are accurately and neatly categorized on the platform.
