Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Production Specialist located in Giza. The role involves overseeing production operations, ensuring product quality, and developing detailed production plans. The specialist will manage production processes, communicate with team members and suppliers, and implement training strategies for effective workflows. Collaboration with various departments and maintaining high standards of quality control will be integral to the position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in Quality Control procedures and ensuring adherence to high production standards
• Knowledge of the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred
• Communicate directly with external factories, providing full details of styles, quantities, and production specifications.
• Monitor daily production operations at the factories to ensure the agreed production plan is being followed.
• Ensure factories comply with all technical specifications, including fabrics, patterns, sizing, and finishing standards.
• Identify and resolve issues during production, coordinating with the factory to maintain smooth workflow.
