Job Description

• Develop and implement cost control systems, procedures, and policies to ensure effective financial management across all operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on cost variances, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for new projects, product lines, and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and budgeting.
• Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Conduct regular audits of cost structures and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Oversee the maintenance of cost records and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on cost optimization and resource allocation.
• Support the development of pricing strategies by providing accurate cost data and analysis.
• Train and mentor junior staff on cost management best practices and tools.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cost management
• Background in industrial or manufacturing companies
• Experience in FMCG is highly preferable
• Strong skills in cost calculation and efficiency analysis
• Good analytical and reporting skills
