Job Description
- Develop and implement cost control systems, procedures, and policies to ensure effective financial management across all operations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on cost variances, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for new projects, product lines, and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and budgeting.
- Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct regular audits of cost structures and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Oversee the maintenance of cost records and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on cost optimization and resource allocation.
- Support the development of pricing strategies by providing accurate cost data and analysis.
- Train and mentor junior staff on cost management best practices and tools.

- 5+ years of experience in cost management
- Background in industrial or manufacturing companies
- Experience in FMCG is highly preferable
- Strong skills in cost calculation and efficiency analysis
