Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Sharm El Sheikh. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing phone calls, handling reservations, and ensuring the reception area's professional appearance. Other tasks will include performing clerical duties, responding to guest inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage front desk operations and maintain office organization
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and address their needs
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software is advantageous
