Job Description
- Design, develop, and test new systems, components, and product features.
- Improve and optimize existing products to enhance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Conduct technical research, feasibility studies, simulations, and prototype development.
- Analyze production issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to enhance production processes.
- Implement improvement activities focused on reducing waste, improving efficiency, and supporting Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Prepare engineering documentation, technical reports, BOMs, and test records.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field.
- Strong understanding of electrical design, electronics, circuits, and control systems.
- Good knowledge of production environments and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD or similar).
- Basic programming knowledge (C, C++, Python, or PLC) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
