Job Description
- Babebella Cosmetics is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and support our marketing strategy to grow our online presence and increase sales.
- Responsibilities
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Create engaging content and write strong captions in English and Arabic aligned with the brand voice.
- Develop a monthly content calendar and execute it effectively.
- Coordinate and assist with photo/video shoots when needed (including simple mobile Reels).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with paid campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with trends and apply them to enhance content.
- Propose new creative ideas to increase engagement and sales.
- Maintain brand identity and ensure visual consistency across platforms.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong content writing skills.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing apps (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
