Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Service Specialist. The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide assistance with products, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing customer communications via phone, email, and in-person, and maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and problem-solving. The role involves fostering customer relationships and contributing to a high-quality service experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
Excellent Phone Etiquette
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to handle challenges
Experience in retail or fashion-related customer service is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus
