Hiring: Production Specialist


Al Mostafa for Trading & Supplies


Location: Obour City - Industrial Area



Key Responsibilities:


1. Production Planning & Execution


Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets.

Ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of machinery, raw materials, and labor.

Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and quality teams to maintain uninterrupted production.


2. Operations Management


Monitor production lines and resolve issues that affect output, quality, or safety.

Optimize production processes to reduce waste, increase productivity, and control costs.

Ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained through preventive maintenance plans.


3. Quality Control


Ensure all products comply with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to address deviations or defects.

Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain quality consistency.


4. Team Leadership


Supervise production supervisors, technicians, and factory staff.

Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance to achieve operational excellence.

Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


5. Health, Safety & Compliance


Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with regulations.

Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.

Lead safety training programs and ensure proper use of PPE and machinery.


6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring


Track KPIs such as production output, efficiency, waste, downtime, and labor productivity.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Recommend improvements based on data analysis.


Skills & Qualifications:


Core Skills

Technical Skills (Preferred)


  • Knowledge of production planning systems (ERP/MRP)
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement techniques
  • Familiarity with maintenance processes and factory equipment
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols in manufacturing environments


Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing roles
  • Experience in leading teams and managing full production cycles is a strong advantage
