Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Leader based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing strategic sales plans, coaching and motivating team members, overseeing client interactions, and ensuring operational efficiencies within the team. Additional responsibilities may include analyzing market trends, providing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales strategies.
