What You'll Do

As our Bookkeeping Accountant, you'll be the financial backbone for diverse businesses. You will:

• Maintain comprehensive financial records ensuring full compliance with KSA accounting standards and ZATCA regulations
• Process complex transactions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and multi-currency operations
• Manage complete VAT lifecycle including calculations, filings, and compliance with current 15% VAT requirements
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
• Lead bank reconciliations and cash flow management for growing businesses
• Coordinate audit processes and provide detailed audit support documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting workflows and implement process improvements
• Provide financial insights that drive strategic business decisions

The Ideal Candidate Has

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/bookkeeping experience with proven KSA market expertise
• Advanced proficiency in modern accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
• Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex financial modeling
• Deep understanding of ZATCA requirements, VAT compliance, and Saudi tax regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative approach and ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
