Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Coordinator located in 6th of October, Giza Egypt.

You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales accounts, and supporting sales operations. The role involves daily interaction with customers to address their needs, processing orders, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing customer relationships. The role also involves providing excellent customer support, monitoring customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records for referencing and reporting purposes. Additionally, the Customer Service Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences and streamline service delivery. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team Experience in the textile or nonwoven fabric industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Excellent in word and excel English is a must Employment Type Full-time send CV or for the interview interviews will be held in 6th October city



Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience

Proficiency in providing Customer Support and managing customer-related communication effectively

Exceptionally clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs

Familiarity with customer management software and basic office tools is an advantage

Ability to work efficiently in a team and in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in the nonwoven fabric or related industry is a plus

High school diploma or higher education qualification in Business, Communication, or related field

preferably candidates lived in October or nearby
