What This Role Is About

We are looking for a Commercial Director, based in Cairo, to lead the organization’s commercial strategy and drive growth across Egypt.

You will be responsible for shaping national sales and distribution strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring strong execution across all channels. Your focus will include optimizing direct distribution operations, expanding market coverage, and maximizing revenue and profitability.

This role is ideal for a commercially astute leader with extensive experience in FMCG, a deep understanding of the Egyptian market, and a proven track record in direct distribution management.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver integrated commercial plans, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve business objectives.

Your ability to lead high-performing teams, implement best-in-class distribution strategies, and drive sustainable growth will be central to your success.

• 12–18 years of commercial experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong expertise in direct distribution, sales strategy, and national account management across Egypt.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Experience managing large teams, distributors, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and business planning skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
