Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Media Operations Executive to support the accurate execution of media plans and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and vendors. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to start a career in media.

Key Responsibilities:

* Book approved media plans accurately in media booking systems.

* Coordinate client and vendor onboarding and documentation.

* Process and actualize media invoices and expenditures.

* Support Media Planning and Finance teams with daily operations.

* Maintain and update media rate cards across all channels.

* Liaise with media vendors and prepare operational reports as needed.

Requirements:

* Fresh graduates with a degree in Marketing or a related field.

* Strong people and communication skills.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

* Ability to start in a basic/entry-level media operations role.

* Candidates have to be based in Kuwait.
