Remote Cold Caller / B2B Appointment Setter (Saudi Arabia / KSA)
We are looking for an experienced cold caller who can pick up the phone, speak confidently in excellent English, and book qualified meetings with Saudi (KSA) businesses. This is a hands-on role — it’s about volume, quality, resilience, and keeping the CRM clean so the sales team can close.
What you’ll be doing
- Making outbound cold calls to Saudi businesses (B2B) to introduce our service and open conversations
- Getting past gatekeepers, speaking to decision makers, and booking qualified meetings
- Qualifying prospects properly (need, fit, timing, decision-maker, next step)
- Logging every call, outcome, and next step in HubSpot (accurate notes are non-negotiable)
- Following up with confirmation emails/messages and keeping prospects warm until the meeting happens
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to refine messaging, objection handling, and targeting
- Hitting clear weekly KPIs (dials, conversations, meetings booked, show rate)
What we are looking for (must-haves)
- Strong spoken English (clear, confident, professional on the phone)
- Genuine cold calling experience (you’re not scared of the phone)
- Ideally you’ve already called into KSA and understand how to communicate with Saudi businesses
- B2B experience (you know how B2B conversations differ from consumer calling)
- Comfortable being measured on performance and improving week by week
- Organised and detail-focused — CRM accuracy matters (HubSpot or similar)
Nice to have
- Familiar with HubSpot (or you can learn it quickly)
- Experience with lead sourcing tools like Apollo / RocketReach
- Arabic speaking (useful, not essential)
