Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to prospective and existing clients to present Mobica’s product portfolio and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Provide after-sales support and address client inquiries or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Relevant experience in the furniture industry.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High motivation, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Fresh, dynamic, and eager to learn and grow within a professional sales environment.
