Remote B2B Sales Manager (Saudi Market)
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced B2B Sales Manager who has sold to Saudi businesses before and can operate confidently in a fast-moving start-up. This is not a “manage from the sidelines” role, you’ll be expected to roll your sleeves up, drive revenue yourself, and lead others as we grow.
What you’ll be doing
Owning the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation → close → handover
Building and managing a healthy pipeline focused on Saudi-based B2B clients
Getting on the phone and doing cold calls (this is essential) as well as coaching others to do it well
Running structured outreach across channels (calls, email, LinkedIn) and continually improving conversion rates
Leading and mentoring sales resource as the team expands (player/manager approach)
Keeping everything clean and measurable in HubSpot (pipeline stages, tasks, sequences, reporting, forecasting)
Producing clear weekly updates: pipeline, wins, losses, blockers, and next actions
Collaborating closely with the founders/leadership to iterate messaging, offers, pricing and process quickly
What we are looking for
Proven experience selling B2B into Saudi Arabia (non-negotiable)
Strong track record of closing and consistently hitting targets
Expert-level HubSpot skills (not “familiar with”, genuinely expert)
Comfort operating in a start-up environment: ambiguity doesn’t bother you, and you take ownership
Someone who is prepared to go above and beyond when needed, without being chased
Confident running discovery, handling objections, negotiating, and closing
Able to create and enforce a sales process, while still moving quickly
Commercially sharp, organised, and comfortable being accountable to numbers
Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is a bonus)
