Purpose:
- To supervise more than one agent's sales operations in coordination with sales support and all concerned internal parties in accordance with Enterprise Sales
- Base Management business plan to achieve his assigned Base Management agents' target.
Job description:
- Maintains excellent knowledge of e& products and services in comparison to competition to satisfy SME accounts' needs.
- Interacts proactively with all concerned internal parties to ensure a smooth and efficient processing and delivery of SME agents and customers' requirements and keep proper feedback
- Prepares necessary reports with key achievements and segment's updates to highlight business opportunities.
- Develops SME agents' forecasts, reviews and action plans based on analysis of actual results versus forecasts to highlight work progress.
- Develops programs to drive sales across assigned territories based on sold marketing research.
- Increase SME customers' base and explore potential business opportunities to increase profits.
- Supports his agent to achieve monthly targets by closing profitable deals with key SME accounts.
- Conducts regular visits with sales executives and SME agents' sales teams to key SME accounts to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Provides necessary field training and enhance career development of his team members to ensure reaching the needed quality.
- Monitors and develops the performance of sales executives and senior sales executives to ensure getting the best out of them.
- Customer Centricity Ensures that team members create a positive customer experience at the point of sale and post-sales.
- Innovation Collaborate with team members to enhance existing workflows / systems and help them to develop new innovative processes and propositions/products/services.
- Operational Excellence Encourages others to take responsibility—Provides encouragement and support to others in accepting responsibility and high-quality efficient delivery.
- People Management Delegates work appropriately and fairly among team's member and sets and coach team members for appropriate standards of behavior
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a similar field
- Proven Sales Records Computer skills is a must, especially MS excel and power point.
- Minimum 4 years of experience (preferable in Telecom field)
- Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading, Writing & Oral).
- Excellent planning and analytical thinking skills.
